Katia Beauchamp is the Co-Founder and CEO of Birchbox. She has more than 1M customers in the US and Europe, and has raised over $100M in financing.

The idea for Birchbox developed while she was at Harvard Business School. Katia and her roommate, Hayley Barna, started their business out of their apartment in 2010. The first employees that they hired were 3 other friends. In only 6 years,  the company grew into a billion dollar business.

A native Texan, from Mexican descent, Katia is a Top American Latinx Tech Leader.
